Hi, I think John might be an old Navy buddy and band mate. Did he play guitar and was he stationed at China Lake, CA for some of his Navy time?

If so, I have some pictures you might like to have. Send me an email to depeter@aol.com.

The John I knew was a good friend.

My deepest sympathy to Edith, and John's family. I had the opportunity to meet John a few years ago, and was impressed by what a fine young man he was .... His sister Shirley, is one of my dearest friends, and we were classmates at Sacred Heart Class of 49. I kidded John that I used to take care of him, with Shirley, when he was a baby. This is indeed a very sad occasion. I will pray for him.
