Marlene Margaret Lenius, 80, of Cedar Falls passed away on Tuesday December 30, 2014 at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo.  Services will be held privately at a later date.

Marlene was born on May 11, 1934 in Oelwein to parents Leo and Marie (Amfahr) Schmidt.  On October 21, 1972 she was united in marriage with Howard Lenius in Buffalo, WY.

Marlene is survived by her husband Howard of Cedar Falls; her son Mike (Paula) Kies of Otterville; her daughter Ann Marie (Kenny) Loeb of Jesup; her step-son Mike (Julie) Lenius of Independence; her step-son Marc Lenius of Waterloo; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
