Sandra Kay Seedorff, 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday July 21, 2022, at Oelwein Care Center in Oelwein.  Per her request, there will be no public visitation or memorial service.  Graveside services will be private at the Strawberry Point Cemetery.  The Geilenfeld-Buehner Funeral Home in Oelwein is assisting the family.

Sandy was born on September 21, 1943, in Oelwein, Iowa to Roy and Barbara (Coselman) Vanselow.  She graduated in Oelwein and lived there most of her life.

Sandy is survived by her son, Jon (Gale) Smith, her daughter, Stacy (Bob) Jones; her sister, Sherry (Ron) Leckner, her brother, Steve (Sue) Vanselow; 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren; a niece and 3 nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Seedorff; her parents, Roy and Barbara Vanselow; and her brother, Bill Shaffer.

She was an amazing mom, grandma, sister, and aunt. She was loved so very much and will be missed terribly by her friends and family.
