Shirley & Family: Please accept our deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband & father who was such a great leader in the Oelwein community his entire life. He truely enjoyed his career, activities, travels, his family & grandchildren. You will have such wonderful memories of such a caring & loving person Bill was to all. Treasure those memories & carry on, be there for each other as he is now at peace.
