Charles "Chuck" Neubauer, 57, of Oelwein passed away suddenly on Tuesday August 16, 2016 at Mercy Hospital.  Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Gary, I am so sorry to read about Chuck. We dated in the early 90's and I spent a lot of time with you and your Mom (Ma) I hope Chuck was happy and his life was a good one. I'm so sorry for your loss.
