Linda is survived by her husband, Tom of Oelwein; a daughter, Christina Masey of Oelwein; four grandchildren, Collin, Conner, Helen “Betsy”, and Jensen Halligan; and her father, Melvin Jensen of Waverly, Iowa.  She was preceded in death by a grandson Cael Masey Halligan and her mother, Betty.

Linda was one of my greatest mentors throughout my early nursing years. She gently took my under her wing. I wouldn't be where I am today in my nursing career if it wasn't for her. I loved you dearly, Linda. I will miss you. I thank God that you came into my life. You were an angel to me.
