James Dean McCain
January 24, 1984 - January 24, 2014

James Dean McCain, 30, of Arlington passed away on Friday January 24, 2014 as the result of a house fire near Arlington, Iowa.

There will not be any local services.  Inurnment will be in Florida at a later date.  Memorials may be directed to James’ family at the Geilenfeld Funeral Home-309 1st Ave. NE, Oelwein, IA 50662.

James was born on January 24, 1984 in Deland, Florida to parents Larry McCain and Catherine Hood (Wiks). 

James is survived by father Larry McCain of Florida; his mother Catherine Wiks of Michigan; his brothers: David Willis of Oelwein,  Alfred Willis of Florida and Jeffrey Hood of Florida; and his sister Beth Willis of Florida.

i loved my son to no end. i know he and i had an understanding that no one understood. in time things would have been differant. we did not get that time. that time was cut short. i am so sad i walked on dayton beach with his mother many tmes and i know that when your ....i cant repeat myself. i hurt. i hurt. i hurt. i wish things could have been differnant please keep me informed of all things that are happenning. CATHY iam so sorry we lost our son. i know he was wanted after we lost our daughter
